Close to downtown while also private!

Our group of friends had the best time on our trip! Having 2 houses next to each other for one big group was perfect. We spent time in downtown Asheville for the majority of our trip and the houses are just a quick Uber ride away. The host is incredibly responsive and very timely in sending you everything you need to know for your stay.

Safe haven

We happened to be staying here just after Hurricane Helene hit. Matt allowed us to check-in early and stay for an extra few days when there was no where else to go. These houses became where our entire family, who was in town for our wedding, gathered. We appreciated the kindness of our host, the cleanliness of the property, and the spaciousness of the 2 houses.

Graduation WCU

Family gathered to celebrate a nursing school grad from WCU. The ride to Cullawhee was simple. Nice having the two houses for those wanting to go to bed earlier. We enjoyed all the meals in one house. Big rooms. Good for family vacations & celebrations.

Great stay

Houses were clean, host was very easy to contact and respond. Few items in the house not working properly, but we let the host know so hopefully those will get fixed. Highly reccomend.

Fabulous place for a family gathering

The two houses along with the yard provided an excellent place to share our family Thanksgiving! The kitchens were well set up and all the appliances worked great! The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra sheets and blankets. The bedroom layout was awesome and the bathrooms were nice. The large yard allowed us to play games and the setting was peaceful. It is close to town but feels rural. The round table in the main room was amazing for jig saw puzzles! Great Wifi. Our host Matt was super responsive and very helpful and kind. All in all, we would definitely return!

Two houses for wedding

One house the microwave did not work and fridge wa not cold. The shower door handle was broken and there was no shower curtain. The second house was not cleaned at check in. There were only two towels, n shower curtain and gnats. We had to finish cleaning, buy paper towels, bath towels and toilet paper. These houses were for a wedding party so we had no choice but to stay. Would not recommend.

Hi Tammy, I'm really sorry that happened. The cleaners were running a few minutes late and your group told them to leave so they weren't able to finish the clean and finish stocking the house. Sorry about that!

The houses were great for our large family and communication with Matt was excellent. It would have been nice to have had more cups, glasses, bowls and more dish towels in the kitchen along with basics such as salt and pepper We enjoyed the fireflies and the toad symphony in the evenings and Asheville was wonderful
