I would happily book this condo again. Super clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked, great location. Communication from the host was great. I very much appreciate that he let me reschedule when a Nor’easter struck on the weekend I had booked. Easy check in and out. Loved it!

This property is an awesome location for anyone wishing to soak in the true Ptown. To say it is convenient is an understatement. Jim was immediately responsive to our questions. The deck is spacious and comfortable, and was a pleasure in the evenings and early mornings before and after non-stop Ptown fun. Not having to scramble for parking was a huge bonus. Considering the affordability of this property, any negative would be nit-picky and not worth mentioning. Thanks Jim.

The place was amazing and perfectly located. It wasn’t quite ready upon our arrival however the owners made it right right away which made our Ptown experience even more fun. I’d definitely stay here again…actually hoping to in the very near future.

Location is great. The deck was great when we were able to sit outside. The open kitchen/ living room was large enough to accommodate 5 adults all seated comfortably. Off-season, the price was awesome.

Great spot for 3 gals looking to spot right whales from shore for a weekend. Jim was very responsive & the place was clean, and walkable to what was open off season. Easy keyless check in. Would stay again!

Great location, clean and spacious house. Unfortunately, we were not notified of the interior construction, the outside front stairs and rails were loose with much wood rot. The side deck is large, furniture and grill were obviously used hard but not maintained.
