I love the pedestrian lifestyle and the proximity to so many of the activies that I enjoy. I have been a nurse at the local hospital in Ft. Collins for many years and am able to commute by bike most days of the year.

This is a peaceful property filled with natural sunlight. It is an easy walk to my favorite coffee shop, grocery store and local library.
