House with attached private suite- great for guests how want some extra privacy

Enjoy a private entrance to a suite with a sound proof wall that is still part of the house. This is great for parents, grandparents or anyone who wants their own space away from others when it gets late or wants more privacy.

This home was renovated in 2020, installing numerous new features both inside and outside the home.

Inside
You will have a master bedroom with a walk-out balcony, master bathroom with an attached walk-in closet, full living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, daybed with trundle, dinning area, living room, laundry area, and a downstairs bedroom all supplied with items such as soaps, towels, wash rags, blankets, pillows, toothpaste, floss, shampoo and body wash, etc.

The Master Bedroom Upstairs
Includes a huge walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, washer and dryer, double sinks, a foldable twin bed for a child or small guest, queen bed, dresser, chair with a side table, lamp and blanket, nightstand, a walkout second story balcony with patio chairs.

The Bedroom Downstairs
This queen sized bed location offers a sense of privacy and includes shelves for storage, night stand with lamp, chair with heated blanked, and LEDs for extra or nighttime lighting.

The Suite
Enjoy a private bedroom with a queen sized bed, bathroom with tub and shower, living room with a smart TV, couch, dedicated workspace, and microwave/fridge.

The Kitchen
Located on the main level the kitchen includes a dining area, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and other appliances such as a waffle-maker, toaster, Keurig and is supplied with items such as utensils, k-cups, dishes, and drinking cups.

The Living Room
Located on the main level the living room offers two comfortable, high quality recliners and a sofa as well as a day bed. The day bed includes a trundle that pulls out underneath making it available to sleep four with a twin mattress on top and bottom. The TV has a firestick, so please feel free to login and watch any of your subscription accounts. The wifi is 200 Mbps making it extremely efficient for streaming, working, and entertainment.

The Full Bath
Located on the main floor the full bath includes a walk-in shower.

Outside
Outside is completely fenced in around the house offering maximum privacy and includes a screened in patio, waterfall with goldfish, small pond with goldfish, fire pit, swing set, grill with utensils, picnic table, covered front porch with patio chairs, and more. It is completely fenced in offering maximum privacy.

Games
I have supplied a few games including corn-hole, giant connect four, and some board games.

Parking
There is driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles and street parking available if you need more.

Getting around
It's less than 10 minutes by car to local grocery stores, gas, the historic downtown area, restaurants, and the university. It is a 3 minute drive to the Bloomington Country Club golf course. The house is within a half mile of the Switchyard park, which includes Bocce Ball, Pickle Ball, and Basketball courts; a playground; an amphitheater with outdoor events; a playground; and green spaces. It is two miles to the university, and about a mile and a half to the downtown area, which has numerous restaurants, bars, parks, and a Saturday farmer's market in the spring, summer, and fall. There is a bus stop about a quarter mile from the house (the 2 Line through Bloomington Transit), a CVS, corner store, and various take-out places within a five minute walk, and easy access to all of Bloomington by car. There is ample parking in the front of the house for guests.

Nearby, you can find Brown County state park, Lake Monroe, Lake Lemon, and Nashville, Indiana less than forty-five minutes away. Within an hour's drive, you can reach Indianapolis, the Hoosier National Forest, and Spring Mill State Park. Other fun day trips (2-3 hours) could include Turkey Run state park, Mammoth Caves, Indiana Dunes Park, and Louisville, Kentucky.
