Beautiful waterfront condo on the Albemarle Sound in prestigious Albemarle Plantation. Available amenities are pool, boating, kayak rentals, golfing, tennis and 2 restaurants on site. This property is 1.5 hours from the NC Outer Banks beaches and H2O Waterpark in Currituck County. The one thing I love the most about this condo is it is street level, all on one level so no stairs to climb!

We stayed for 1 week. The owner was immediately responsive to any of our questions. Clean, well stocked with supplies, very comfortable bed and pillows, cute little sit spot outside. Comfy couch and living space! My only critique would be no WiFi. The Verizon hot spot did say my WiFi was strong, however not enough signal strength to watch/stream anything. Cell signal with AT&T is only one bar in that area. We ended up walking to Dockside to download a couple of shows. Also, hoping the owners consider adding more hangers as there isn't a dresser to store clothes. One bench to spread out, and because the room is small we were stepping over our suitcases most often. I would've preferred to put some clothes in a dresser so we could store the suitcases to walk around easier. Hope to see you again in the future.

Good evening. I have been pondering your review most of the day trying to decide how to respond to your dissatisfaction with the Wi-Fi. I realize that you had an initial question about the password shortly after checking in and I referred you to the instructions on operating the Wi-Fi which you said you found and thank you! However, my condo is rented most every week during the season and the Wi-Fi has never been an issue. My checkin instructions go into great detail about how to find things and if you encounter a problem like with the smoke detector battery, to let me know, which you did - thank you, and I had my onsite person deliver new batteries the next morning. The same would have held true with the Wi-Fi. Had I known you were experiencing any issues with the Wi-Fi I would have sent someone right over to check it. Since you didn’t let me know that you were experiencing continued problems after the question about the password, you suffered needlessly all week when someone could have gone right over the same day you experienced issues and shown you how to use the Verizon hotspot. Now I have a negative review about something as important as the WiFi and it appears that there was no attempt on my part as a premier host to rectify the problem. I must say I’m disappointed. As far as the coat hangers go, I would have gladly sent more of those over had I known about that as well. I think there is a responsibility as a guest to make requests for things as they arise and not live with the issue and complain at the end. Danita Pitts

Quick Get Away

Our stay is always pleasant when we stay at the condo. The location is beautiful and location of the condo is close to both the dockside cafe and the clubhouse. We love staying here.
