Perfect location

I enjoyed my stay. The house was in a great location, and quiet neighborhood. It was very well stocked with everything you could need. Richard is a great host also. Highly recommend.

The house is great for a large group for a game weekend. It slept a group of adults comfortably. We appreciated the extra blankets. The sun porch was nice although we were too busy to sit out much. The host was helpful and gave us our privacy which to us is a huge plus for us.

Close to University

We rented the house for UGA graduation weekend for our daughter. House had plenty of rooms and accessories to make our stay confortable. The house is close to UGA and stores and restaurants. The property owners were quick to respond to questions and made us feel welcome.

Lots of bedrooms and large beds. The beds are low to the floor and somewhat firm which wasn’t a big deal to us but might be to some folks. Management is responsive and helpful. Carpets seem to be on their last leg. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of clean towels. Happy to stay again in the future

The host was very welcoming! The place wasn’t very clean, my daughter swept all the carpets as soon as she went inside and my son in law wiped out the refrigerator. The place did serve our purpose of getting our family together before my daughter’s wedding to assemble centerpieces and spend some special family time together! We loved watching the Olympics on the large tv!! Having 5 king size beds was great also!!

Over flow family visit

Had family come in for daughter’s sweet 16 birthday. Considered a couple of hotel rooms but decided to use VRBO for the first time. Richard was a fabulous host and responded lightning fast! Thanks to him our first VRBO booking was a very positive experience.

Thank you for the fabulous review. You are welcome back here or at any of my properties. My housekeeper commented on the great condition in which you had left the home, and it was a joy to host you. I know it’s one day late, but happy birthday to your daughter! 🎂 🎈 🥳

Plenty of Room!

Lots of beds and BIG tv's! Make sure to check on what you need in the kitchen as there are some common things you will need that are not provided. I let the property owner know what would be good to include, I get the feeling he will make it better. Bring bug spray, there is an idealic screened in porch but the screen is not secure and bugs get in there easily!
