Close to everything…beach and night life!

A nice quiet area! There’s lots of space outside the bungalow to sit and relax or grill your dinner, then a short walk to enjoy the sunset on the beach. Would definitely come back to stay again.

Everything was perfect! Home away from home.

This is a fantastic quality property with fully stocked units and an extremely attentive and responsive manager. The unit is beautifully finished and decorated. We had every kitchen item we could possibly want for our stay. The bathrooms also contained more products for our use than any other place we have stayed. Everything was clean and sanitized. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, bay, and Bridge Street. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Paradise!

Paradise! Hello Mark. Once again we wanted to thank you for a wonderful time we had staying in your rental. Everything was perfect. What a great location. So close to the Gulf and the bay. Could not ask for a more well stocked kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We are already planning our spring trip and hoping that some of our children will join us. We would not stay anywhere else! Thank you again. See you in the spring!

Wonderful stay

It was a good time and we enjoyed ourselves. Could have used a regular coffee pot instead of the little one. It only makes 3 cups of coffee. Not good for coffee drinkers. Water comes out of the shower doors onto the floor if the shower head is moved around at all. Other than that we had a great stay.

Paradise

My husband and I had the best time here. The property is in a perfect location and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Loved that they provided all the beach equipment we needed to get to and from the beach easily. The unit itself was perfect for our weekend getaway, very nice and cozy, just like in the pictures. We didn’t want to leave but already thinking of when we’re coming back ☺️

Relaxing getaway

Cute little cottage close to the beach and a short walk to bridge st pier. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the courtyard was delightful for sitting and reading. We appreciated having access to beach equipment and towels! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay at Anna Maria Island

We had a wonderful time at Island Getaway. It was a great location. Close to the beach and restaurants. Loved the Courtyard area for hanging out. It was a nice quiet place to enjoy. We walked everywhere. Chris was very responsive. We would love to come back again.

Great place for staying, nice yard with nice ambiance. We really enjoyed our stay

Property was nice a quiet. Beautiful garden inside. Only few steps to ocean on one side and nice bay on another. You are in between two beauties for sunrise on one side and sunset on other. It is close to restaurants and grocery store. The beach was clean and nice. Ocean water is clear.

Sweet island getaway

Highly recommend! Great location bay to the east and golf to the west. Trolly picks you up at the corner very convenient. Would stay at this location hundred more times.

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at!!

We had an excellent stay! Really clean and cute! Had everything you could need and then some for your stay! Really close to the beach and restaurants! We liked it so much we tried to extend our stay another day or two but unfortunately for us it was already booked. But we will definitely stay there again!!

I really liked the Island Getaway! I could see the sunrise and the sunset every day.

Despite other reviews that the shower is too small, it’s perfect if you aren’t Andre The Giant or, struggling with obesity. Perfect for me at 5’11”. I absolutely loved this place. The ambiance, the character, the location, the up-to-date furnishings. I long to go back. Perhaps a rave review isn’t beneficial to me as I’ll have to compete with you for rental in the future! Cross the street, and you’re on the beach. Location is optimum, yet seemingly secluded. Oma’s, the best pizza I’ve had (and I don’t like pizza much) is dangerously right around the corner. Superb amenities. Forgot your lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish detergent, laundry essentials, and good mood? THEY GOT YOU. I was in heaven all by myself and I never turned on either large screen TV the entire time. Rent this place out from under me and I’ll be really sad. So therapeutic, I wish I never left.

The unit was clean and included necessary items with a bonus of beach chairs and a cart. Area is quiet and well maintained, felt safe during stay. I would recommend if you have need for a 1 bed location. Had a great time at AMI as always!
