This rental was so cozy and welcoming! Exactly as described and perfect for a girl’s getaway. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and we found the condo to have anything we could need! We hope to be back!

Stayed in August 2026. Condo was clean and well appointed. The decor was very pleasing with plenty of seating for our group. Grounds are well laid out. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and would definitely book again if we are in the area.

This is a great rental for a family or couple of friends. The condo amenities add extra value. Pickleball and cornhole and grill area were very nice. It’s is a smaller pool but clean and always cool which was super nice during hot beach days. The beach is outstanding. Short walk. Not crowded for peak season. Beautiful clear and clam water. Really lovely. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed everything about our stay from the beautiful view to the amenities in both the resort and unit, as well as quick and thorough communication from our host, Karla. We walked to a different restaurant every night for dinner so location in IRB was ideal. Would recommend a stay here!

The parking garage needs addressed. It’s very tight for a full size vehicle and definitely not for a ford transit van. Best beach around. Clear water harder sugar white sand was beautiful. Not much storage in greenish/yellow guest room. Was also warm in that same room. Other than that, no complaints!!

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you had trouble with your extra large vehicle but other parking that is not within the garage is available with the same parking pass obviously as only one owner I cannot control the circumstances of a parking garage constructed over 30 years ago. It is very structurally sound, but the footprint has been established for many years and cannot be changed without tearing the building down. We do provide floor fans and hopefully you were able to use those for your comfort in the queen bedroom. Guests have complete control of the thermostat as well.

Condo Unit within the Complex is an excellent location. 4th floor with balcony position that never gets sun all day and especially in the afternoon to take in the evening sunset. Parking is located under shade and steps to the elevator. The Unit is very clean and well appointed. Can't speak but only the best of the Host communication. Condo Complex is directly on the Beach with beautiful White Sand.Condo Complex pool area is very accomodating and steps to barbeque area and tennis/pickle ball courts. 5 star Complex.

Such a cute place to stay right on the beach! We loved having access to beach chairs and other beach items included in the stay. Karla was excellent to book with and would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice pool and great beach access. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas available. Comfortable living room with large balcony and stocked kitchen for cooking. Walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream shops. Short, easy drive to both airports.

This place was great for our vacation! Great location and the condo was very well stocked with everything you could need. Karla was great as well, very prompt to respond, and had good recommendations for local dining spots! Would definitely stay again!
