Incredible cottage for couples on a quick beach getaway. Place was immaculate and very updated. Photos are very accurate. Everything was brand new and very well thought out. Water pressure in the shower was really strong, and the bed/sheets were very comfortable. Would totally stay here again and recommend to any couples going to Anna Maria.

This vacation rental is upscale, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It is conveniently located for beach time, food. We had easy check ins and out. We would love to return again soon!

Cottage was clean and well stocked with necessities. Lovely beach decor and welcoming feeling from the minute we arrived. Location is central to the island, with a short walk to beach, or downtown. There is a trolley stop at the end of the parking lot. Enjoyed sunrises on the dock. Pool was heated and well maintained. The cottage was just as the photos represented. Would stay here again.

Great location, beautiful pool and pier area on the bay. Easy walk to the beach with complimentary lounge chairs available. The unit is updated and tastefully decorated as the pictures show. It was extremely clean, king bed is very comfortable. I would plan to use the couch for kids to sleep vs adults. Easy and responsive communication with host.

Excellent

Comfortable and clean stay at this cottage. It was well equipped with everything we needed to vacation in Anna Maria Island. From beach chairs and umbrella to state of the art appliances everything was just as advertised. Host was welcoming and very responsive. A great stay for any family!

This place was great! I would suggest to anyone looking for a nice little place close to the beach perfect location on Anna Maria Island. Recently remodeled and they did a excellent job even our neighbor said this cottage is the nicest one in tradewinds.

Fantastic Condo with Great Ammenities

Staying at this Tradewinds property was the best experience I've had through multiple visits to AMI. The condo is newly updated and clean, and they've thought of the little details to make life easier. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was fantastic, but providing the tidy pods and the dishwasher pods was a really nice convenience. The neighbors were very friendly. The pool is heated which was great for our little one as much of the week was in the low 70s during our visit. The beach is right across the road and they provide chairs, toys, and a wagon to transport everything! We plan to come back and we hope to stay here again!

This cottage is awesome! The accommodations are great & comfy for two! Nicely remodeled and clean. Well needed AC. Thoughtful details such as dimmers on the lighting throughout, speaker in the bathroom, etc. Well-stocked full kitchen. Comfortable living room and TV. The dining area is a bit snug, but sufficient for two of us. WiFi was reliable when used. Large comfy bathroom & shower. Laundry came in handy. Provided beach gear and beach towels was great for our outings.The campus is nice and peaceful with a relaxing front deck and picnic areas across the grounds. Ample parking when we were there - but may fill up (parking is limited around the beaches and surrounding areas). The pool was great when you just wanted a quick dip. The back dock area was relaxing for morning coffee and evening winding down.The location is excellent with a 2min walk to the west gulf side beach, and the dock that overlooks the Tampa Bay Sound side just out the backside of the pool. It is within a couple blocks of a few restaurants and shops. However, a just a bit further to more shopping, convenient stores and other amenities - but still just a longer walk, short bike ride, free shuttle ride, golf cart, or car drive. Larger grocery store (Publix) was little further out.It was also near surrounding neighborhoods if you wanted to get out for more exploration like north towards Bean Point, or south towards Sarasota/Siesta key. It is just over an hour drive from Tampa International airport.
