Very clean and comfortable. Private backyard with pool was great. So easy to walk to town! Jeanne the property manager was easily accessible and responsive.
A great house with an even better location. Walkable to town (and ice cream!) which we loved. The pool was awesome and the house was very clean. Thank you for hosting us!
Lovely home which accommodates a large family. Nice quiet location, except for the train which is unavoidable. The owners and housekeeper were very accommodating. We loved the puzzles! Sadly the weather did not cooperate for our stay so we didn’t get to use the gorgeous pool. Still a wonderful visit. Highly recommend trying an e-bike tour with local guide Ryan.
This property accommodated our family of 8 adults and a 1-year-old beautifully. Everyone had plenty of room, the property was immaculate, and the pool/private back yard was wonderful and used daily. Location was perfect on a quiet side street within 5-10 minutes of Main Beach and downtown East Hampton. Jeanne was a fantastic host and responded quickly when needed. I highly recommend this property!

This property is a great combination - a clean and bright house, super close for walking in to the village, on a delightful quiet, dead end street. I will definitely go back. I went with my spouse and dog to celebrate my mother in law’s 80th birthday. The home had space for us to hang out together - including a first floor bedroom w/ ensuite for her - and room to spread out including multiple TV spaces when we wanted to watch different shows.
Great location. Plenty of space for everyone. Owner was very responsive and helpful with everything.

This is a winner!
This is the perfect summer vacation home away from home.
It's walking distance from the best shopping and restaurants East Hampton has to offer.
The house itself is in pristine condition with a heated pool, beautifully decorated rooms, central air conditioning and everything you could possibly need to ensure a satisfying stay.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at "The Villager." The house was immaculate and the owners/mangers were delightful. We could not have found a more perfect place to stay.

Perfection. Period.
The Villager is aptly named as it is a stone's throw from East Hampton village. I loved that I could walk to the Village restaurants, shops and theaters even when I was feeling lazy. I even biked to the beach! The home is located on a little cul-de-sac with almost no traffic, and it is very private because of the beautiful hedges and landscaping.
The house itself is stunning. It is tastefully decorated in a luxurious fashion. All the linens and bedspreads are white and crisp. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and the washer/dryer is available without having to leave the main floor. There is a bedroom, bathroom and den downstairs which provides a nice place to stash the kids, There is a bedroom and adjoining bath on the main floor which was convenient for my elderly relatives who preferred to avoid stairs. And there are three bedrooms and two baths upstairs. The bathrooms are very clean and attractive with stylish tiles and glass-enclosed showers. I also particularly appreciated the wood floors--no carpeting in this sophisticated house. Also, the living and dining rooms both open through sliding glass doors onto the beautiful backyard.
I loved sitting in the sun in the backyard having my coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. It was totally private, and the landscaping was gorgeous. The pool had blue stone surrounding it, and the outdoor furniture was iron with intricate details--like I was in my own English garden! I can't say enough about the cohesion and attention to detail in this house.
Also, I must mention the terrific service I received from booking to checking in to recommendations on where to go in East Hampton. All around, I had an amazing experience at the Villager and look forward to returning again.

Fantastic! Great village location & privacy
This home is super bright and clean with unexpected privacy from all directions. Great for relaxing in the heated backyard pool! Only a 5-minute walk to East Hampton Village (shops, restaurants).
The train station is nearby but the trains are very quiet. The whole property feels tranquil.
There are a zillion bedrooms and bathrooms on 3 floors - it could be a great place for a larger group.
Hamptons Vacation Rental were great. Anything which came up they offered to take care of immediately.
Highly recommended! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
