3BRLoft/3BA with 1 king, 1 queen, one bunk + twin and a full in the loft. There is a new foosball table, portable AC in the loft, and new screens and screen door, thx for feedback. Easily sleeps two families with plenty of privacy. Located close to the Village and on shuttle bus line which is key for access to the Mtn., festivals and restaurants. Stay at our home and ride, ski, bike, and fish without touching you car (if you want) from the moment you arrive until the moment you depart.
3BRLoft/3BA with 1 king, 1 queen, one bunk + twin, and a full in the loft., less than 700m from the Village Gondola, Bike Shuttles to Lake Mary and Main Lodge Bike Park, and the bottom of town trail.

Guests have exclusive access to the condo and all amenities inside. Access to the jacuzzi, laundry room, sauna, showers, and grill area is shared with the condo complex.
There is a single security camera covering the exterior front door entrance and exterior patio. We have never had issues with burglaries or stolen items and accept no liability and guests agree to hold us harmless in the event of a criminal act. We reserve the right to, in some cases, record the entrance of guests who arrive after 10pm solely to defend accusations made to our complex HOA Board regarding excessive noise.
It's Mammoth. Whether it's your first time or you're a regular, Mammoth Lakes has a ton of winter and summer activities to satisfy everyone in your group. When summer is here, enjoy amazing biking and hiking trails and explore all the beauty of 50+ lakes in the immediate area. The condo is a great home base to leave your stuff while exploring Yosemite, Inyo, and the rest of the Sierra. We generally come back here for a day or so when we're done camping in French Camp, or Yosemite and after getting muddy and sweaty on the bike trails, a hot shower feels great. And the golf course is nearby to the condo so there's no excuse for not hitting a bucket of balls or a quick 9 holes.
Mammoth Shuttles right outside, direct to the Village or to Canyon Lodge. Or take the Gondola to Canyon. Getting around Mammoth via shuttle bus, bike or car is very easy, and our place is close to all the shops and restaurants in the Village.
(TOML-CPAN-16075) We collect 16% Transit Occupancy Tax in Mammoth, for stays less than 31 days. This is to be collected before check-in via an additional AirBNB Resolution Payment--again this is a separate payment . AirBNB adds 12% to this fee if collected as part of the initial booking, but that is acceptable as well and I can create a modification to existing reservation to include this amount.

We may add the full mattress additional linens to the condo depending on the # of guests selected and the sleeping configuration of those guests. We have had situations where guests have booked for fewer numbers than in their actual group to save guest fees. Please do not do this.

My overall impression of this property was very good.
However, despite the fact that the lower freezer appeared to be working fine, the refrigerator was warm when we arrived, and we could not get it to work.
The only other issue was a very slow draining shower in the master bedroom that needs some Draino, or to be snaked.

The unit is well remodeled on the first floor but the second floor is lacking such comforts. The bed in the upstairs loft would be better described as a mattress placed in a hole in the wall. It is at the top of the stairs down a short hallway.The foosball table could use some love and the lack of general heating in the living area leaves you reliant on a pellet stove which stopped working while there and the two mobile space heaters.We made the most of the living area downstairs which is well laid out and accommodating. Just be wary of winter stays. Communication with the host is lacking. I only received the check-in instructions with help from the VRBO travel group but never got any responses to other messages sent while in the home.Otherwise, everything downstairs is as advertised and well remodeled. The floor heating and heating racks for boots were a nice touch
Do not rent from these people. We walked into a dirt smelling place that was not cleaned besides the beds made. We lugged all of our stuff up for my family up two flights of stairs to open up a gross place. We never stayed there because we were do grossed out. We packed back up and drove all the way home.Everything was dirty, from the kitchen, living room, beds had hairs on them. Everything was grimy and dirty. The refrigerator even had a horrible smell. It was endless dirty. We reached out to the host and still 5 days later with zero response. We contacted VRBO and 72 hours later because the host has not responded to them, we can't get a refund. It's ridiculous that we get stuck almost 1K and zero our fault. Bad business on both ends.We just came from a great experience on a rental that was awesome then to this disgusting place. Here are just a few photos I took before we left that say hour we checked in.
After we checked into the unit we realized there is insufficient heating units in the dwelling. Each bedroom has a small wall heater and there were couple of free standing floor heaters in the living room. I tried contacting the manager and never got a call back but several texts to just use the fireplace. We had a real hard time getting the fireplace going per their instructions so, no luck. We tried plugging one of the heaters into the wall and half of the lights in the unit went out! I tried reaching out again to the manager and no immediate response. This was barely after 5 pm. This is unacceptable as there were no emergency contact number or persons provided. It took us a long time to play with the electric panel and finally get the lights back on after several tries. We are not electricians and should not be doing any work like this. Touching electrical panels is not renters responsibility. We are extremely upset with this management company and request some kind of refund. There were other issues with the unit as well if the owner would like additional information.
