Our host was AMAZING! We loved the condo so much, but even more so the personalization and overall feeling of being welcomed! He left an anniversary cake in our fridge, which was so touching and thoughtful. The condo was clean, views were incredible and Eric was one call away if we needed anything. My husband kept saying all week, “man, he really thought of everything”. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Location was incredible, walking distance to the pier. Accommodations were incredible and thoughtful from the shampoo and face cleansing wipes to everything you could need in the kitchen. Decor was adorable as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the beach. It was a nice rental right on the beach with plenty of parking. The 3 pools were well maintained. It was also nice to have chairs and beach toys to use. The host responded quickly to all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Oceanfront Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at the property, and will not be the last! There have been improvements made since our last stay, including having beach towels, upgraded shampoo and conditioner, among other things. The view is absolutely incredible, the beds are very comfortable, and everything is well kept and maintained. I highly suggest this location!

Host had excellent communication and the condo was very clean with a fantastic layout. You can comfortably plan for 4 large adults and 2 kids. Everything we needed was there: chairs, towels, toys, Keurig, condiments. Easy parking and building access. Town is private with multiple great restaurants next to the condo.

We had such a great time at this condo! It was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some meals, so it really felt like a home away from home.The beach was just steps away, which was amazing, and we loved having beach chairs and toys already there for us – such a nice touch for our beach days. The view from the balcony was unreal, especially with the Navarre Pier right next door. We got to enjoy both sunrise and sunset views, which were breathtaking, and it was fun watching the marine life just off the shore. If you're into fishing, the pier was a perfect spot to cast a line too.The condo had such a relaxing vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind and soak in the beauty of Navarre Beach. The pool area was another bonus – clean, quiet, and a great spot to relax after a day in the sun. Plus, the grills around the property were perfect for a family BBQ night.Overall, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Navarre Beach has to offer!

I'm orginally from Massachusetts and Maine. I came to a point in my life where I could no longer deal with the cold and snow. I sold my home, packed up and moved south. I stumbled across Navarre Beach in search of relocating to the panhandle.

The moment I found Navarre, I knew instantly that a beach-front condo was my goal. I found the perfect condo at Summerwinds, and I'd like to share this slice of heaven with you.
