Despite this, we remained committed to resolving your concerns in good faith and maintained responsive communication throughout. Several of the issues raised were either exaggerated or not communicated during the stay, making it difficult to address them in real time. Importantly, a king-size bed frame was completely broken during your stay, an issue that was not reported to us. Discovering this damage only after your departure was both surprising and disappointing. Responsible guests typically inform hosts of such matters so they can be resolved quickly and fairly. Instead, the damage was concealed, and this lack of transparency directly contradicts the collaborative spirit expected in short-term rental experiences. Regarding the pet-friendliness of the property: it is clearly stated that the garden is not fully enclosed, and guests are advised to supervise pets accordingly. We offered reasonable accommodations and attempted to assist where possible, including coordinating with exterior maintenance staff around your schedule.
