8 J Street on Hampton Beach is just steps from the ocean in the heart of the entertainment district! Unit 1 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with spacious open living and kitchen area. Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal including all modern appliances. There is a washer and dryer in this unit as well. Smart TV in the living area with leather couch and chair. We have a fenced in, shared yard where you are welcome to grill and relax. We are pet friendly for an additional fee. If you don't feel like cooking, hop on over to McGuirk's for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location, Location, Location, you can't beat 8 J Street!

The house (s) are very nice however, we were on the 1st floor (8J 1), where we had two separate families above us (one with 3 adults and 6 kids) and the other with (3 adults and 3 kids)that were up all night stamping there feet, playing soccer, yelling, same on the other side upstairs. 7 days, zero sleep. We paid a lot of money and it was basically deal with it. The location is amazing but next door to Mc Guirks which having music nearby is great but they play until 11 during the week and past midnight on weekends. Make sure to bring headphones which helps.

Amazing property with easy access to parking and the beach! So many amenities, soaps, towels, tissues etc. and many more I did not expect. Everything was so clean and the washer and dryer was a plus. Kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances along with plenty of dishes, cups, glasses etc. Also enjoyed the ease of entering the apartment and the enclosed side yard was a plus. Loved being able to have morning coffee on the picnic table and having the opportunity to grill for dinner. Beds were very comfortable and having the ability to sleep with the windows open vs. AC was great. I couldn't have asked for a better location. Home had quick access to the water and boardwalk yet far enough away from the noise when looking for quiet time. I am looking forward to returning next summer.
