The Thousand Oaks Resting Place has a comfortable King size bed with bedding, towels and kitchen towels. The Kitchen has a full-size Fridge / Freezer, large microwave, coffee maker, Plates, cutlery, coffee mugs, glasses, wine bottle opener and more.
Fire extinguisher, CO2 and smoke detector, smoke blanket, emergency battery light. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate is also available free. Due to COVID-19, Provided also is hand sanitizer, hand washing soap, cleaning products, paper kitchen towels, toilet paper, tissues and trash bags

The breakfast bar and stools are a perfect setup for a laptop for people working from home and away.

Check in is from 3pm
An early check in maybe available but send a message request to find out the cost before you book.

Late check out $50 per hour

The Key Lock box is located on the metal gates. Owner will provide the code prior to your booking.

For our security, the booking guest must have a clear face photo in their profile together their ID verified If you do not have this already, please go into your profile and complete this or booking maybe cancelled.CCTV security cameras are outside the property, no cameras are located inside the property

Other things to note
In these uncertain times with travel delays, pandemic restrictions & unexpected medical cancellations I advise all guests to obtain travel & cancellation insurance from their booking agents or an independent insurance company for any cancellations and check their coverage. A cancellation policy should be purchased at the time of booking.
