Clean, ideal home if you’re traveling with kids. A/C had some issues cooling but the host was willing to get the issue fixed and when it couldn’t be resolved that weekend, he moved us to a different place for no extra cost to us. Good home, good location. Wifi had some issues as well but nothing that can’t be fixed.
Close to bathhouse row. Nice clean home. Loved the shower. Super hot water and great water pressure. The carport was very convenient. This home offered everything we were looking for - AC, close to town, off street parking and a decent kitchen.
House was great, as advertised, and exactly what we wanted and hoped for. Everything in the natl park was nearby, and everything we needed in town was convenient. 5 stars
Great place to stay, clean and well kept. I will say there is a pretty decent drop off at the end of the driveway that bottomed out our motorcycle and the front end of the car. But it was manageable once we got a better look at it and adjusted to it. Just caught us off guard the first time. Wouldn’t stop me from renting again if we ever come back to the area. Would 100% recommend this rental to anyone going to Hot Springs.
This place was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was a nice area. The home owners checked in multiple times to ensure we made it ok and that everything was going well. I would definitely stay here again.
This was a very comfortable stay, the house was perfect for us and for our kiddos. Its location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Favorite part was all the deer that hang around the house, I’ve never seen so many at once or seen them so comfortably close. Thank you for letting us stay here!
The house was clean and bright, and the kids (and us parents) particularly loved the ping-pong table and the lovely backyard. It was close and easily accessible to all the things we wanted to do while we were there, and the kitchen was nice as well - a great place to cook and enjoy our family dinners together each night.
The property was nice and in a great location for being close to the bathhouse strip area of Hot Springs. The area it’s in is full of deer and they come into the yards around the area every evening. Lots of them. I know we counted more than 10 together on a couple of occasions. Beds were decently comfortable but the living room could be better. The couch is fine but the two chairs aren’t very comfortable if you’re just sitting around watching tv. We had two issues that weren’t that big a deal. One was that we saw big water bugs (roaches) the first night we were there. Probably 5 or 6 of them crawling on the floor, walls, and cabinets in the kitchen area. I informed the owner and they said it would be taken care of and that we probably weren’t used to those kind of bugs, that they are common around there. We’ve stayed in the mountains around Hot Springs multiple times and not had that issue before anywhere. However, after the first night, we didn’t see them anymore. Guess they hid out :-) The other was that the shower leaks water into the floor from around the door. I think it drips through a crack in the bottom corner. Not a big deal either just sucked having to mop up after every shower. Minor issues but still worth the stay.
The property is great and clean as listed. Our family had a nice relaxing time during stays. A ping-pong table is another good one that my kids and myself enjoyed playing
We absolutely loved our stay at Terryland Cottage. The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Everyone slept comfortably. Our kids especially loved watching deer in our front yard every morning and chasing fireflies in the backyard every night. We were a short drive away from downtown Hot Springs. It was quiet and very peaceful.
Our stay was nice. The house was updated and clean. The kids played ping pong everyday lol. Had plenty of stuff in the kitchen to cook and bake. We would definitely stay again.
