The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with four spacious bedrooms, including three bedrooms located along the main hallway and a private primary suite situated off the living area with an ensuite bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include three king beds, one queen bed, and bunk beds, making it ideal for multiple families or larger groups.
The cozy living area flows into a separate dining space and classic cottage-style kitchen equipped with essential appliances. Step outside to enjoy the screened porch overlooking the large fenced backyard, perfect for children and pets to play safely. During cooler months, gather around the outdoor firepit for evenings under the stars.

A little history about our home: Family Tides is a classic older East Beach Cottage. Many members of the Long Family have lived on “The Island”, since the 40's! We have owned this beloved cottage since 1982. Our family spent all of our summers at Family Tides when their children were growing up. The grandchildren have also been raised enjoying their time at the beach home. We are so blessed to have made so many special memories at Family Tides, together. Wow, if only our home could talk, you would hear so many wonderful adventures of all our years spent at Family Tides and on this island. This is our family's “Happy Place”. Now, we would like to share our beloved home and the island with you! Come enjoy this mystical island and our home to make your own memories!
