About this space
Relax with the family and friends on top of a quiet private mountain top. Experience great sunsets from the spacious open living area or double porch seating areas. Take a day trip to many area sites like Asheville, Black Mountain, Bat Cave, Lake Lure, or a scenic drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Soak in the warmth of the wood burning stove while enjoy a family game or reading a good book.
The space
Each side of the house has a full porch both with views of the mountain.
The main living area is an open and spacious concept so you can enjoy each others company while making meals together in the kitchen area, eating at the expandable dinning room table and conversing in the vaulted living room by the beautiful hearth fireplace - all at the same time.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except for the basement. On private 15 acres. And we are at the end of the road. No cars going by

Why they chose this property

We are not a neighborhood. We are 15 private acres with a 30 mile view to the sunset. If you get up early enough, sit with a hot cup of coffee on the porsch and watch the moon set also
