Bring the whole family to this amazing 4BR, 3.5BA beach house just 50 yards from the beach and 5 blocks from bars, restaurants, and Casa Marina. Lots of room to spread out in this home that is consistently rated FIVE STAR. Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and large dining table. Spacious gathering room with an oversized couch and a 75-inch TV. Huge master suite with ocean views. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on one of the 2 ocean-view balconies. TV's in every bedroom. Outdoor shower. Two-car garage with beach chairs, toys, and beach cart. Must be 25 or older to rent.

- 1st floor: 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, full bath.
- 2nd floor: Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and large dining table; spacious gathering room with oversized couch, 75-inch TV, balcony with ocean view, and a half bath.

Wonderful place

We came for a wedding at Casa Marina and Margaritaville which were only 5 blocks away so this was a great location. The place is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The beach outside our door was a plus! We would recommend this place!

Amazing VRBO

We had an incredible stay at this property! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the Jax beach restaurants/bars. The home is in a safe location, is very clean, and perfect for a beach getaway. The home is organized, cozy, and spacious. There are 2 balconies with views of the beach! The host, Matt, is a great communicator and extremely accommodating. The check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend this property!

Family Wedding

First, Matt is the best communicator ever! If I messaged him, he messaged back so quickly. Secondly, when we walked into their home we rented, we were blown away!! It was as beautiful as the pictures and descriptions made it sound. And sooooo CLEAN! Lastly, we did not go without ANYTHING! It was the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. Literally, they had everything you could think of that you “might” need and it made our stay AMAZING!!! Thank you Matt and Tanya for the best trip ever!! Katie and Family

We moved from Atlanta to Atlantic Beach in 2020. We love the Beaches area of Jacksonville (Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, and Ponte Vedra Beach). Each small town in the Beaches area has its own personality.

Why they chose this property

We love Jacksonville Beach. There's always something fun going on in this beach town. Everything is within walking distance of our beach rental: restaurants, bars, shopping, the Jax Beach fishing pier, surf shops, parks, etc.

What makes this property unique

Our rental is unique because there aren't many homes for rent on the beach side of 1st St. You can't get closer to the beach IN A HOUSE than our rental. The home is steps from the ocean, spacious, current, and comfortable. Guests regularly say that the pictures just don't do it justice!
