Excellent Location next to Ponte Vecchio, at 2 steps from Uffizzi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio. Palazzo Pitti , access walking distance to other important attractions to visit in the city center. The apartment also have the big advantage that is located a few steps of the variety of restaurants, local shops, supermarket ,etc. Located in Piazza Santa Felicita a quiet and safety place.
Inside the apartment in the second floor ( no elevator access, few stairs access) , offer to our guest a comfortable and big area to stay with 2 spacious bedrooms, ( master room with private connected bathroom) ( 1 bedroom with 2 single bed), other second bathroom, 1 beautiful and luminous living room with TV Smart, excellent WIFI connection, and fully equipped kitchen with 2 doors refrigerator, electrical kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, and all the implements that you feel at home.

Great location and very nice for a family

We really enjoyed this location as it is right across the bridge from many of the main sights - walking distance to everything and the train station where you can get public transit to the airport. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and great location in Florence.

Overall Positive Trip

Great location. Street maps provided. Very small communal area. Beds not great. Taxi did not appear and we were left rushing to the station with luggage which was stressful. However we really enjoyed Florence and the trips we took using the apartment as our base.

Review

Property was close to train station but was not aware of that upon arrival. Decided to take an Uber which was not worth it when we could’ve walked. The city fee was 52 euros and when her assistant arrived he told me it was 55 euros. Where to take out trash was not easy to find in the city.

A not so good apartment on a wonderful location

The location is unbeatable! Wonderful spot! The apartment lacks of ventilation, smells like grease from the kitchens on the first floor, not possible to open the windows due to this and it feels a bit claustrophobic. The kitchen is extremely small, so if you are expecting to cook something, forget it! Very few kitchen utensils. Communication with the host was ok but quite limited. Loved Florence though!

Lovely Apartment Great Location

2 Bedrooms/2 baths worked wonderfully for 4 adults. the master bath was a bit small but functional. Grateful for the air-conditioning given the Florence heat. Couldn't ask for a better location -- walkable to most anything - cafes, restaurants, shops, Arno River, Uffizi, including nearby Santa Croce which I would highly recommend visiting! Everything in the apartment was "as advertised". Thank you Jacqueline!
