NEW Modern waterfront home close to Catskill mountains, fire pit, EV charging

Welcome to the Creekside Charmer, the perfect destination for your next family getaway! A modern luxury on the esopus creek with amazing views. Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home offers an abundance of amenities including an outdoor fire pit, two outdoor BBQ grills, and direct creek access for swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing. New construction with many high tech features including bluetooth speakers throughout, an electric color changing indoor fireplace, digital thermostats in each room to ensure your comfort in the winter or summer. Fun for the whole family with a foosball table. With an EV charging station right on the property to charge your vehicle and ramp access to the front door, making everyone and anyone welcome to our home! Sleeping arrangements for up to seven guests, include bedroom 1 and 2 both with king sized beds and tvs, bedroom 3 with two twin sized beds and a tv, and an additional twin sized roll away bed. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets and linens. All tv's are Roku tvs giving you access to all your favorite streaming services. Pets welcome for an additional $50 per pet fee.
The house is located on Rt 9W and Glasco turnpike making it a convenient location to Saugerties, Woodstock or Kingston. About a 20 minute drive to Woodstock and 15 minutes to either Saugerties or Kingston. So many great restaurants, hiking trails and activities close by. In between 3 Catskill mountains, great for winter enthusiasts. 17 miles to Hunter mountain, 23 miles to windham mountain, and 28 miles to Bellarye mountain

Catskills Creekside Home

We booked this property for a family ski trip and had a wonderful stay. The hosts were great, and the home was updated, clean and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to book this property again when staying in the area.

Quiet Fall Getaway

Great for EV owners

The place was great. It was really much fancier than we needed but we wanted the EV charger which was free so that was wonderful. As others said, the Rt 9 noise is pretty loud, especially on a Saturday night.

Good Location

We stayed at this house for a weekend away. In total we were 4 adults and 3 children and the house was a perfect size for us. As others have said, it is on the corner of a very busy road. This did not bother us once inside the house. The location is very close to many spots: Saugerties, Kingston, Falling Waters, the lighthouse, etc. The river is a pretty backdrop (though I don't think I'd want to go swimming in it).

Wedding weekend stay

Our family stayed at this location for a wedding weekend. The house was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect! Our host Steve couldn’t have been nicer! The extra touches were such a welcomed surprise! He left us milk, juice, eggs, butter , bread and the makings for coffee! We had a great time and will be back to stay again.

Modern home on the 9W

We enjoyed our stay and the house was clean and modern. Well lit and it was easy to check in after dark. The house sits on a corner just off the 9W so there are roads on 2 sides but we weren't bothered by any traffic noise. Thank you for hosting us.

The house was just what we wanted. You are quite close to some roads (you will hear cars going by), but that didn't impede us from enjoying our time. Steve was also highly responsive when I had a question, which I very much appreciated. I highly recommend the property.

Great house

There were 7 senior women who have done an annual adventure in ski country. We stopped during the pandemic and decided to do a fall trip. We wanted to stay somewhere near Woodstock so, I found this property. We loved staying here. The property hosts live near by and, we’re more than willing to come help us. The only drawback is the house is right on 9W so, there is always traffic noise. The back of the house overlooks a brook. We would stay here again.

Lovely Home in Saugeties

This house is lovely. Beautifully renovated and very well-appointed. Hosts provided everything you could need, coffee and breakfast ingredients, plenty of towels, comfy beds and chairs, all paper products, even filtered water. The house is convenient to hiking, kayaking, as well as shopping and dining in Saugerties and Kingston. The creek view is stunning. It is very close to a heavily trafficked road.

Brand-new house!

This new house made our week-long stay comfortable with ACs and a fully equipped kitchen. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. All three bedrooms are nicely done with a sealing fan. The house is located at the corner of two busy roads, and there is little privacy, but those windows shut the noise well. The owner was available when we needed help.

Great Weekend Stay

The house is new, very nice, well appointed and very clean, and in a convenient location to many great things in the area. We enjoyed the style and room sizes and views of the creek with swimming ducks and rocky slopes. The house sits very exposed to two busy roads, and while it has good windows, there is a fair amount of traffic noise. It has 2 full baths, but no en-suite, and one of the baths is on the first floor while all 3 bedrooms are on the second floor.

Stunning modern rental

2 floor, luxury rental. All neweat appliances. Needed the manual to work the multicolor fireplace. Flat screen tvs, gorgeous floors. Windows with spectacular views. Just wonderful. And dog friendly! So new the trees havent matured yet to offer more privacy from road. 15 minutes from Woodstock. Large spacious bedrooms and designed beautifully. Outdoor seating and deck off each bedroom. Walk down to creek on property. Wonderful stay.

What a lovely home to stay in.

Friends and I went away for a 3 day 2 night getaway. When we arrived the house was clean, cool and so inviting. We were left a welcome card with some local chocolates. The creek was beautiful. There is road noise because of the house being near a main road. This did not bother us. The house was modern, everything you need was there and more. What we liked best was the location to so many areas of Ulster County Nothing was more than 20 minutes away. We recommend this house.
