Cozy Home in Amarillo!
Simple, Cozy and Clean
Less than a mile from I-40 highway and less than half a mile from I-27. 3 minutes away from Amarillo College. 6 minutes from downtown Amarillo.
The space
A full house to yourself. 2 bedrooms 1 and a half Baths. Queen bed and Trundle with 2 twins. A blow up queen mattress is also available. 65 inch TV with Roku and Netflix account for the house.
Other things to note
There are a couple of small steps throughout the house.
NO Smoking and NO Parties. If done a $250 fine will be enforced.
