Welcome to Bearfoot Beech Retreat @ elevation 5,506 ft.–Walk across the street to Ski lifts, Summer concert series, Canyon Creek Wedding Venue with attached Restaurant, First Chair Coffee Shop and gourmet bakery, Beech Mountain Brewery are just a short walk away. With 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 6!

Nice open living, dining and kitchen area with high ceilings and views of nature all around. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and half bathroom. There are twin bunkbeds and a sleeper sofa in the second bedroom. The loft also has a twin-size mattress. There are comfy couches in the living room. There is a full bath with shower and tub in the hall. Spacious front deck with mountain and creek views and gas firepit. Well-equipped small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and electric oven and stove. All in one washer / dryer combo is available in the laundry room. soap / fabric softener and dryer sheets all available! All linens also provided.

The Neighborhood
Situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit. Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips!

6 guest maximum; All supplied linens, paper goods, etc. will be suitable only for that number of guests. If additional guests are staying, please modify your reservation prior to check-in.
• No pets on furniture please!
• No parties/events
• No smoking indoors or on patio
• Keep noise outdoors after 9 PM to a minimum to respect our neighbors
• Please note that we do have a exterior security camera facing the car parking area.
• Please remove ski equipment before entering home. No ski boots are allowed to be worn inside the home.
• Please bag all food trash properly and store in outside bin, make sure lid and metal cover are tightly shut- bears and other critters will come get it.
• 4-wheel drive is highly recommended when traveling on Beech Mountain especially in winter season!

Such a cute and cozy cottage near Beech Mountain! It was the perfect get-away for hubby, pup and I to escape the Charlotte heat. Loved hanging out on the balcony! Plenty of hiking and food options nearby! Or grab some groceries at the deli in town. We appreciated having some basic kitchen supplies like foil, oil, salt and pepper. The coffee bar was also a nice touch!

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

My fiancée and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway to Beech Mountain and it was perfect. Cozy and idyllic with thoughtful touches all around. Well stocked kitchen and beautifully updated bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again in the future!
