Great Petoskey Townhouse

Ideal location to walk everywhere and enjoy all Petoskey has to offer. Very nice accommodations, although lots of stairs and a bit limited on kitchen supplies. Only other suggestion is to get mats under area rugs, as floors are very slippery and rugs all posed serious tripping hazard.

Delightful home away from home

All was wonderful! Very luxurious accommodation with everything that you would wish for in location, comfort and charm. Appreciated the extra touches of fireplace, beautiful kitchen, and the bedroom chaise lounge overlooking the water and trees from which you can look at the birds with provided binoculars. Looking forward to returning often.

Fabulous Condominium wonderful location!

We were fortunate enough to stay at the condo this past fall. The condo was wonderful and the location was ideal. It was tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. Loved being able to walk to all the downtown Petoskey shops and restaurants. Waking up to the view of the Bay was spectacular! We will definitely return!

In the Heart of Petoskey. Beautiful view of the water, love the balcony. Looks like it was decorated by Chip and Jojo from HGTV. Cleanest place I have ever rented. Garage is great for parking and storing skis. Highly recommended!

Great location!

Staying at this property was such a special treat! There was plenty of room for all of our family members. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, blankets, linens and towels. The kitchen was also nicely stocked with everything that we needed. The air conditioner wasn't working properly when we arrived, but Doug and Julie (property managers) took care of it immediately. This location cannot be beat. Steps away from trails, marina and downtown Petoskey. We loved this property!

Amazing Townhome!

I had the good fortune to spend the month of October 2015 at the Lake St Townhouse. The property is awesome in so many ways...... the decor is beautiful, the view of the bay from the master bedroom is breathtaking, the gas fireplace added a feeling of coziness and warmth, and being able to walk to downtown Petoskey in 5 minutes was convenient. Having the Little Traverse Wheelway outside your front door is the best feature of all. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home in perfect location. Best view of Mi sunset from master bedroom. bike trails right out front door. Short walk to town. Nicest rental I have ever had.

The owners are a couple originally from Detroit area & Ohio respectively. Spent summer vacations as kids, renting here and Bay View. Now living on the east coast where they met 15 years ago.The draw to this region never left either of them. Last year they purchased this townhouse to enjoy it part time, while keeping their primary home in upstate NY.

Why they chose this property

Luxury of Bay Harbor, but only steps to downtown. There is nothing like this available on Petoskey's Bayfront.
Quiet complex. Privacy. Attached 2 car garages.

What makes this property unique

You'll never need to fight for a parking space. You can walk or bike anywhere. Bike rental one block away. Kayak and canoe rentals less than one mile. This property is occupied primarily by all-season owners with average of 2 adult occupants per unit. With one month minimum stay, there are no disruptions due to "Saturday changeovers". Next to walking and cycling on the Little Traverse Wheelway and a block away from hiking, cycling, and kayaking in the Bear River Valley Recreation Area.
