Koko's Bear Retreat: AC, in village, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8, screened in porch!

Welcome to our beautiful Koko Bear's Retreat townhouse in the Olympic Village of Lake Placid! We are in the Pinehill development just inside the village and a short walk in. We are an end unit with 4 bedrooms, sleep 8, 3 full bathrooms, AC, 2 parking spots plus a very nice screened in porch.
Note: we have changed agents and why we do not have any reviews yet. But we had 23 reviews before this and for a great 4.87 overall rating. Yes our guests do love it here!
Our entry mudroom leads into an open kitchen, dining room and living room area with a gas fireplace. This main level also has our master bedroom with a king bed and and it's own private full bathroom. Our upper level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed for two and the other with two double beds for another two. There is a full bathroom in between them which is accessed from that hallway.
The lower level is our fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom, a very nice family room / den and with shuffleboard, games and a TV.
There is also a very nice screened in porch to enjoy with tables and chairs and off of our main living area. Note that we are STR permit #200092...

Lovely lake placid property

Made this trip easy

Every year we travel to Lake Placid to visit with family and this year, we decided to be less of a burden on the family and rent a house of our own conveniently located down the block from Lisa G’s Restaurant and a short drive from our families house and then within minutes of Main Street. The kids went boating on the Lake, we took a hike at Cobble Hill and rented bikes to ride the rail trail, all just minutes from home. Our evenings were spent on that great screened in porch, While the kids played shuffleboard in the basement. The listing perfectly represented all of the rooms in the house, which was immaculate when we arrived. Breakfast and dinner was made at home in the well stocked kitchen. The kids are already looking forward to next year.

It is just inside the village border and in a very nice and private community. We are just a short walk into the main street area and all it has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Lake Placid isn't just a winter wonderland and a sports destination but a beautiful Adirondack Park, which is larger than Yosemite or Yellowstone National Parks together and offers year-round outdoor activities. Our cozy townhome retreat is walking distance to a play ground, Lisa G's restaurant, tennis courts, the lake and along the Iron Man course. We are also close to the Horse Show grounds, Henry's Woods, Keene Valley's High Peaks trails, golf and both cross country skiing and downhill at Whiteface Mountain.
