**PLEASE READ**
•Renters must be 21 years old to rent property.
•Absolutely NO large gatherings or parties allowed.
•Absolutely NO open fires are allowed. The risk of wildfire in the area is too high. If we see evidence of any fire, there will be a $250.00 fine.
•Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
•No shoes in the house. There are a lot of wild things out there, and we wish for them to stay out there. Please drop your shoes by the door.
•Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbors.
