This spacious home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It has two open living areas with two 75” tvs and an open kitchen and dining area. The outdoor space has a cover porch , a grill, and a large flat yard perfect for yard games. There is a deck for outdoor dining and relaxing. This house is set up for the perfect Clemson/ lake get away. Room for up to 3 boats at the dock with water, power, and WiFi. The house is set up with two master bedrooms perfect for multiple families to have their own private space.

I am born and raised in Clemson. I live on a small farm near by. I sell real estate full time. I enjoy photography, hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with my fiancé on the farm.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is quiet, private, and tucked in a cove just outside the city limit but only 3 minutes from the main light in town.
What makes this property unique
Our house is perfect for multiple families. We have the ability to rent a pontoon boat with your stay. Compared to neighboring properties ours has a flat, large driveway and an easy walk to the dock. Whereas neighbors have either a difficult driveway or walk to the lake.
