Enjoy a luxury 2BR/2BTH location. This house is fully furnished and spacious. The location is central close to restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops, and within walking distance to the beach. It’s ideal for couples, families, friends, or business trips. Only an 8-minute drive to the airport.

It is a full house with all the comforts the house has:

* 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom with closet
* 2 Queen beds in the other bedroom with a large walk-in closet
* 2 full bathrooms with bath towels and hot water
* A/C units in the living room, dining room, bedrooms, and kitchen
* The living room has a sofa that converts into a bed for one additional guest
* A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans
* Beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers available for use
* Parking available
* The area is safe
* Additional amenities include: bed linens, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and fast internet (Wi-Fi)
* Each room has its own smart TV, perfect for enjoying your favorite apps.

We provide bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, some rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. If you need food, water, or additional items, there is a 24/7 supermarket within walking distance.

Upon arrival, we provide a list of recommendations so you can enjoy the best of Puerto Rico and nearby areas like Condado, Santurce, Old San Juan, and more. It’s ideal for couples, families, friends, or business trips.

You can use the entire house. There is a covered patio area with furniture. The parking spot to use is the one at the entrance, labeled 54A one parking space only.

The property has a cistern to ensure water is available throughout your entire stay. We appreciate your consideration and are always available to make your stay perfect. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
The minimum age to rent is 18 years old.

VISITORS: They are only allowed for a short period and may NOT stay overnight. If one needs to stay overnight, please register them in your reservation, provided it does not exceed the maximum allowed number of guests and/or vehicles.

Reservations by people who will not be staying at the property are not allowed. The person who made the reservation must be present at all times.

The property has rates based on the number of guests to cover additional expenses and provide materials for your convenience, such as towels. If you do not book for the correct number of guests, additional guests will not receive these materials, and your reservation may be canceled at any time without refund.

The property is a smoke-free zone. Smoking inside the property will incur a $250 fine.

Puerto Rico’s infrastructure occasionally experiences spontaneous outages of electricity, water, and internet. Therefore, electricity, water, and internet may be interrupted during your stay. No refunds will be given for outages caused by the municipality, government agencies, or natural disasters.

Early check-in or late check-out outside the established times may incur an additional charge, ranging from a base fee up to an additional night’s rate.

We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs.
