The bedrooms are designed for comfort with a plush king-size bed in one room, a queen-size bed in the other, and an additional foldable foam queen size mattress/metal platforms available for extra guests located underneath the guest bed. Both bathrooms are equipped with soft towels and luxurious toiletries, ensuring a relaxing stay.

-Day of Check-In you will receive an Access Code Email at 3:00 pm check in which will include the property address and door code instructions.

-24 HR On-call phone number- This will be your main contact number after check-in for any questions, concerns or issues you may have during your stay.

Other things to note:
-Pet Fee: There is a pet fee of $30 per night + taxes. Only one pet is allowed and has to be under 50 lbs. Pet fee is added after booking is confirmed. No pets are allowed on the furniture. There will be an extra charge if pet hair is found on furniture.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. This home is in the hill country, you may encounter some critters. Be aware at all times. This includes but is not limited to ants, mosquitos, flies, scorpions, spiders, lizards, etc.

- Please be Cautious when driving to the property at night as there are many deer on the sides of the road.
