About this property

Comfy Condo in Amazing Location <1 mile RMNP & Close to Downtown Estes Park

Enjoy Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park - both winter wonderlands - from this updated comfortable condo in the perfect location!. Rest up because the trails and amazing scenery of the National Park are less than a mile away (the park entrance... you can see the wildlife and Deer Mountain from the amazing view on the second-floor deck). Before this condo was renovated by new owners (us :)), it was rated highly by guests because of its wonderful location and amenities. It's looking better than ever and we cannot wait to share it with new or returning guests. The property is well maintained, and all the attractions of Estes Park are but a short (and beautiful) drive. Fall River Chalet guests have access to the pool, can fish in the rolling river, or can just sit back and look and listen at all natural sights and sounds. Our condo has fast internet, purchased separately from the Chalet's free wifi, in case you need to check in on family (or work...hope not...).

Cozy and Serene

Had a really nice and cozy experience here. Was perfect as a place to stay while hiking RMNP. Love the gas fireplace and the sounds of the river from the deck! Very peaceful.
