Great location! Very convenient to the beach and walkable areas. The hosts were super responsive and the checkin checkout process was super easy. Would recommend!
This place was great. The only that we did not like, is that on the weekends it is very loud outside. It is a great place to people watch from. The house was very clean. The location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, the beach and apparently night clubs.
Awesome location! A very short walk to Mother’s Beach, the big beach, pier shops and restaurants and a 7-11 which is convenient when traveling with kids. Comfortable beds and couches. It was pretty quiet considering how close you are to everything. The garage parking was a bonus! Kids loved eating dessert on the balcony as the sun set- beautiful sunsets. Great place!
This was a cute place to stay. 1.5 blocks away from the beach. It's a townhouse with a small entry way on the bottom floor, 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms - Matser bedroom with master bath, 2 rooms with beds and another full bath on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is the kitchen, living room area. Good ventilation, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Bike rentals close by. All in all it was a great stay.
The check-in process was super clear and easy!! The property could use some updates and 3 levels of living is intense but I would absolutely stay again because of the hospitality of the hosts and the space afforded!
Prime location. Garage parking a bonus! Stairs were painful but got my steps in! :) There are some leaking faucets, holes in wall and toilet ran all night although overall clean! Beds were comfy! Loved the balconies and access to washer and dryer! Nice perk to have soap and shampoo available as I forgot mine! Overall we had a wonderful time and would recommend! Had to contact manager and they responded in timely manner and very friendly! Thank you!
Location could not be beat & beds very comfortable. Minor housekeeping - didn’t look like master sink was cleaned, baseboards could use a coat of paint - scratched and dirty. No ice and light bulbs out. All in all a great stay.
Ample room for family of five. Lots of stairs. Inconvenient that there isn’t a bathroom located in the living area. Area is walkable and has plenty of dining options. It’s a little noisy, trash pickup, sirens and loud people coming home from a night out. We enjoy our 5 night stay.
We had a great experience. Plenty of space. Sometimes when a listing says “sleeps 8”, it is really 5 or 6. Sometimes pictures lie. Not in this case. It was as advertised. We definitely recommend this property.
This place is great - easy access to the beach and restaurants, easy parking, great amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.). The only annoyances are:1. It's a little hard to find. Google takes you to the street-front, but you have to come around the side to find the garage2. It's vertical. If you struggle with stairs, it's a bad fit3. The icemaker in the fridge doesn't work. It's not a huge deal, but it's annoying. Great spot!
In some ways, I wanted to give this a 4 star rating since the place was in need of some updating. The refrigerator did not have an operating ice maker or filtered water. There was a pretty good climb to get to the second floor with luggage and the 3rd floor with groceries and liquids. But in terms of other things, I would rate this a 5 star. There were TVs in almost every room (watch your head in the master bedroom - I bonked my head a couple of times). Beds were very comfortable snd the rooms were somewhat quiet. They provided most of the basic items, even Kleenex! But no coffee filters. But what made this place so outstanding was location! Two blocks from The Old Spaghetti Factory and the bay-side beach. Three blocks from The Crab Cooker, Marina Park, the ocean-side beach and the pier. Garage room was very tight for two cars, but there were some older beach chairs, a wagon, rolling coolers and some beach toys. I got a little worried when it seemed like the hosts changed hands before our visit, but am not sure if that were the case, but Communications were overall good.
