Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and return the keys

Please throw any accumulated trash in the underground containers outside. They are by the garage entrance, just before the neighbors house.

Turn off all the A/C's and lights.

Leave the keys and tag on the counter, and close the door behind you.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pool may be used 24/7, but after 9:000 PM noise must be kept at absolute zero outside. No shouting or music allowed. Quiet hours are 9:00PM to 9:00AM

The house was beautiful. Clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and back yard were great and we used it every day! The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We had great communication with the hosts and they were very attentive with all of our needs. We would definitely stay again!

We loved the property and would definitely stay here again. The property was comfortable and exactly as described. We had to communicate an AC issue and the response time was fantastic.The only thing we didn’t love was the key/lock situation. When part of our group went out we were essentially locked into the property. I would recommend leaving an extra set of keys so anyone staying behind has the flexibility to get out.

We enjoyed our trip very much. It was exceptionally clean, well appointed and had fabulous temperature control. Spent many fun times by the pool. Only recommendation is to consider upgrading the pot and pans to match the level of luxury throughout.

Everything was absolutely lovely. The host was a prompt and kind communicator whenever we needed anything. Our vacation was perfect and having this beautiful house and pool as our homebase was the star of the trip.

Beach was a quick walk across the bridge.
