Waking up with a coffee on the deck, soaking in the oceanfront view, made us fall in love immediately. The sunsets are breathtaking, and having nature at our doorstep, including a partially sheltered cove perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, and other water activities. Makes every day feel like a mini getaway.

We love the safe, welcoming community, where neighbours genuinely look out for each other. The location is ideal, Parksville is just a short drive away, giving easy access to shops, cafes, and attractions, while still enjoying the peaceful charm of waterfront living. Between the views, lifestyle, water activities, and sense of community, this property was the perfect place for us to call home.
