Wonderful property that is in a great location and beautiful! We had 12 adults and it was roomy for us all. It could use additional cooking/baking ware and also note that this is 3 levels. My 79 year old mom definitely got her exercise but we’d stay there again for sure.

Beautiful cabin and convenient location!

We had a great time during our stay—hiking in RMNP by day and relaxing at the lodge in the evenings with games, the hot tub, and the grill. Having laundry on-site was also a big plus. It truly felt like the perfect spot for our group of nine to spend five days together.

Awesome home for my family reunion of 11. Lots of space to be together, or apart. Like a mini lodge ideally placed 10 minutes from everything in Estes. I would recommend to anyone!

We were a multigenerational group of 11 staying at this house for my father's 85th bday. This house was as advertised, with absolutely beautiful views in all directions!! We loved sitting on the deck every night looking a the stars as it is a dark sky community. It was well located and very convenient to town and both entrances to RMNP. Management was responsive and helpful with planning and check in. Hot tub was clean and nice, though the buckles to secure the cover were broken. The kitchen was well equipped and the space inside the house was great for our group. We would definitely rent this home again!My only negatives were: 1) Though there were 2 grills and 3 propane tanks, two of the tanks were almost empty and ran out before our burgers even started to cook. The extra tank wouldn't connect so we had to finish cooking them on the stovetop with no fan/downdraft. This needs to be corrected.2) The queen in the basement was on a box spring that was so loud as to make it unusable. It needs to be replaced. We had to move the mattress to the floor in order to sleep in that room. All the mattresses were very firm; at this price point it would be nice to have more (and higher quality) pillows to soften the experience.3) Since the house sleeps 12, it would be great if there were enough outdoor seating for everyone. There was a graveyard of rusted/broken chairs that should be replaced.

This house is beautiful and in a beautiful location viewing snow covered mountains. The sunrise was gorgeous too. The house was laid out perfectly for our 3 generation gathering. The living spaces were spacious and open, giving us lots of room to "hang out'. Access to RMNP and Estes Park was quick and easy. The host responded quickly to a question we had and was very helpful. We would stay here again!

Perfect location

Just minutes from RNP. So easy to get to shopping,food,etc. Private property, lots of space, good communication, easy check in and check out. The views can’t get any better! Great for groups. Would recommend! There are a few small things that could use some updates, probably due to some guests not treating things more carefully but overall great place.

Wonderful views and location

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed with our group of ten. The house was the perfect layout for a family stay (bedrooms on two levels). The views and close location to town were great. Some of the appliances were a bit dated. But the house was very clean and comfortable. The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. So, renters need to keep that in mind especially in the evening.Wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property for big family gatherings.

The site is beautiful.

We really loved the views and had a good family vacation. The house had what was described in listing, but the mattresses need to be changed. If you like sleeping in a taco then this is the place. The dishwasher is super loud and will fall out if you aren’t careful. The house could be amazing if it just had a little more care. With all the complaints from the adults on back aches (even my 16 year old) - we still had a wonderful time.

Gorgeous home and locale

The home is spectacular. It was perfectly laid out for our group which included 4 generations of our family with a beautiful master and 2 main floor bedrooms, with 2 separate bedrooms on the lower floor suitable for children. The views are stunning. The home is well stocked and impeccably furnished. The main room fireplace is huge and emits a lot of heat, which we loved, but may have added to our challenges with maintaining an even heat throughout the home, with the lower floor bathroom floor being overly warm, and upon our departure it seemed the hot water was failing. We hope if it’s a problem, it can be fixed soon so that the next guests may enjoy the home as much as we did.
