The Palmer House Stable offers an unparalleled destination experience with lodging in our historic stable HayLoft. Fully furnished with all the essentials for a weekend of luxury living, which includes an open 2-story master bedroom ensuite overlooking the great room and kitchen area with a tiled soaking tub and skylights sleeping up to 6 guests.
The HayLoft retains all the wonderful details of the Stable with high sloped ceilings, exposed stone walls and the original timber truss supports and wood pins. With an additional ¾ bath on the main level with washer/dryer and all the appliances, dishes, linens, TV, and WI-FI, in 1250 sf.
*The HayLoft sleeps 2 in the King bed and 4 more on 2-fold out couches, with an option of adding an additional 6 persons on 3 queen size air beds. (Additional $50 per person per night above 6 guests) All sheets, blankets and pillows included.

A Big BOO

My 16 guests find out the hard way that the host of this “family home rental” is also the manager of the event center and a small hotel all in Solon. After he cancelled our 5 hotel rooms by accident and tried to offer my daughters and boyfriends his apartment to make up for the mistake, we literally showed up on Thursday to this confirmed VRBO and he refused to give us access because he claimed he also made another mistake and double booked it for Friday and Saturday. He claimed our group of 16 “ wasn’t out anything because he checked the internet and there were still rooms available at the holiday Inn 8 miles up the road. Our group included grandma and we were here for Cornell Graduation. Such a disappointment after booking months earlier. To wait until our arrival to drop that bombshell on us.
