There are two stairs leading up to the front door from the driveway
***First Floor*** (All single level inside, no stairs)
-Main Living room
-Kitchen (Three bar stools)
-Dining area (Seats 8)
-Master bedroom (King bed) Gas fireplace, full bath, tub, walk in shower, separate toilet room, back porch access, one twin rollaway bed
-Laundry room with washer and dryer
-Hallway 1/2 Bath
-Back porch access

***Second Floor***
-Game room w/Bunk bed (twin beds) Amenities: Wii, Xbox, Foosball table, game table, record player, sound system, DVD player, Gas fireplace, one twin rollaway bed
-Guest bedroom #1 Queen bed
-Guest bedroom #2 King bed
-Hallway Full bath with shower/tub combo
-Office nook overlooking first floor living room

***Back porch***
-Fenced in back porch with seating, fire table and grill
-Gate access to hot tub and the rest of the yard
-Fully fenced one acre yard

*There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.

Please note: The Foxtail plant is native to this area. This plant can be dangerous (but not poisonous) to animals when inhaled or consumed due to the sharp, barbed seeds. We kindly suggest inspecting your pet`s skin, fur, mouth and nose after each outing.

Guest have full access to the home with the exception of the garage and one closet to store supplies. Guest should not expect to park any vehicles or personal items in the garage

Guests are free to reach out anytime they please. We highly encourage guests to reach out if they have any questions or need help with anything. We will have some regular scheduled correspondence sent for important check-in and checkout info.

-No outside fires except for the gas firepit provided. This is a huge liability that we simply cannot tolerate ($500 fine)
-No parties
-No smoking ($500 fine)
-There will be a fee applied if guests do not depart from the home on time. $30 for every 15 min past checkout time unless previously arranged with host
-We are not responsible for left or lost items. If found we can return the items for the cost of shipping plus $50.00 flat rate fee.
-Hot tub: Guest must shower before. The spa is serviced before every reservation. If water is left dirty guest will be responsible for the cost of treatment and potentially draining/refilling spa.
-Damaged items: If any item is damaged or stolen, guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement plus a $25.00 replacement fee
