Great stay! Only thing was the amount of sand that was in the room and the restroom from the previous guests. I found broom and had to sweep it up but it’s possibly normal for staying at the beach. Aside from that we really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location.

Great location with nice pools. The condo itself is nice. My only concern was a popping sound that occurred every time the A/C turned off day and night. Host was informed of issue. The whole resort is pet friendly so that was also a plus.

The condo is great! Very close to the beach and pet-friendly. Only one issue was the bedroom tv, we could never get it to go away from the Home Screen. All in all we had a great stay! We will definitely be back!

We arrived after 6:00 pm (when front office was closed) so we were unable to get our parking pass for the first night. Heidi (owner) & front office communicated with us to ensure that our vehicle would be good for night one, which it was, & to get it next morning. We were able to get into the room with no other issues. Super clean and location was amazing. Got to take our pup in a walk in the beach & she loved it. Right next door to Clayton’s & got to see the fireworks in night one. You can hear some music from the hotel next door but it didn’t bother us one bit & we were able to sleep well both nights. Next morning we went to get the parking pass but there seemed to be a hiccup with our reservation. Heidi & front office communicated with me & each other & we were able to get our parking pass. Was not a big deal to us & everything worked out. I appreciate Heidi for calling & communicating with me the entire weekend. We were able to walk to the beach & it wasn’t even a 5 minute walk. It was the perfect location & didn’t even have to drive anywhere. It was the perfect location for our relaxing weekend away with our pup who loves the beach. I look forward to staying there again soon.

Perfect quick getaway

As always, our stay was perfection. We always enjoy our stay here. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. We always enjoy the fireworks too. We don't have to leave the condo to have a perfect view of the fireworks. We will definitely rent again soon.

Wonderful place to stay!

We were very happy staying at this condo for Memorial Day weekend. Very nice place and big! We loved how roomy the rooms were and that we had our own private balcony. Super short walk to the gorgeous beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Mom and dad vacation

This condo was amazing! The short walk to the beach, the VIEW WAS AMAZING AND can we talk about the location!!! The condo itself was clean, cozy and had awesome artwork on the walls! Kitchen was stocked and just everything was awesome!!!! The host Heidi is super sweet! We will book with her again and again!!!

Heaven on earth

I have stayed at a few properties at the tiki condominiums and this by far is my favorite. I love how close it is to the beach. The room itself is immaculate. It was kept up really well. Everything was just the Best. We will be back.
