Tucked behind mature clipped landscaping, you’ll find this gorgeous renovated mid-century home just a short walk to Commercial Street in the Gallery District. This hidden treasure has been lovingly restored with ebony-stained wood floors throughout. The living area features cathedral ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a separate dining area. The kitchen has been updated with white cabinetry, granite countertops, and newer appliances. Sliders lead to a large private mahogany deck surrounded by privet, boxwood, and mature perennial gardens. The primary bedroom has an en suite bath, cathedral ceilings, and built-in closets. The second bedroom also has a private en suite bath and a private entrance. The den, currently set up as a bedroom, has access to the back deck and a separate bath. The home is beautifully appointed and aligns itself with the way people like to live today! Driveway parking.
