Brand new 1-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom luxury condo located one block from the beach. Unit will sleep 4 adults comfortably. Bedroom has a queen bed, 42" TV, and large closet area. Spacious living area features a 60" TV, pull-out sofa, kitchen with granite counter tops, brand new appliances, and lovely dining area. Common outdoor area has comfortably seating and features beautiful views of the Hampton River and marina. One block to beautiful Hampton beach and all of the charm of the unique beach town.

Hampton Beach is a premier resort destination in the northeast, recently voted as having one of the Top 10 Best Beach Boardwalks in America by USA Today. Hampton Beach features a variety of activities for all ages including shopping, restaurants, arcades, mini-golf, fireworks, water activities, and more. The unit is located a short distance from the unique beach towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH. The unit is also within an hour drive from the beautiful city of Boston, MA and from great outlet shopping in Kittery, ME.

The condo was very clean and truly stocked with everything we needed. The location was great, in close proximity to restaurants and the beach but also well insulated from the street noise. The common area or courtyard was beautiful and had an awesome view of the sunset. The only negative comment we have is the hvac system was a bit noisy but definitely kept the unit cool.

The property was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable. It was especially nice to have the air conditioner already running on a very hot day. Kitchen was well furnished with anything we needed. It was great to have on-site, designated parking available. Jenny was very responsive to our questions and request for information during the booking process. We would not hesitate to book this unit should we visit this area again.
