2 House 26 Guest Cayuga Lakefront | Hot Tub/Kayak

Kozy Kove brings groups together across two private homes on Cayuga Lake’s northeast shore. The Lake House and Land House accommodate up to 26 guests, offering added space and privacy for extended families and friends traveling together.



Spend mornings overlooking the lake, afternoons swimming or boating from the seasonal dock, and evenings beside the firepit or in the lake-view hot tub. The dock accommodates one boat; guests must bring bumpers. The Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge are also within easy reach.



Important: The Land House is unavailable during winter and is expected to reopen April 1, weather permitting. During this period, the Lake House accommodates up to 14 guests.



Up to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Guests must promptly collect and dispose of all pet waste; failure to do so may result in a $100 fee.

Everything was as stated but even better

The property was the best I've been to. Everything they said was there and even more. Our group of 17 had plenty of room and plenty to do. Everything was well stocked, clean and there were lots of activities for all ages.

This is a great property. Everyone in our group found the beds really comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was very responsive when we had a question. The location is great. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away and a really cute town - Aurora - just a bit further down the road. It has a great vantage point for watching sunsets each night from the dock, the deck, or the hot tub!

The setu was a dream and perfect to celebrate my mother's passing with friends and family. Lovely views and childhood comfortable rooms. Very spacious.

Long weekend gathering

Easy check in. Property was just as advertised. Very clean with lots of room. One hiccup with the AC was acted upon quickly and a temporary solution helped tremendously. Won’t hesitate to reserve again.

The property listed that there is a dock for our use. However the owners boat was parked there. On one side was the owners boat and on the other side a jet ski. We rented a Pontoon boat for 5 days and we had to park the boat at a marina boat slip away from the house. That was not convenient and a misrepresentation of what the rental offered.The Lake house is the nicer house of the two. The kitchen was well stocked. There is no pantry or shelving where we could store our groceries {this is a rental for 26 people} The rails on the deck are not very sturdy.....nor very safe. The Land house was OK....window air conditioners in several areas. There is no washer or dryer in the Land house.We still had a nice time....but the property is absolutely not worth what we paid for.

Amazing view of Cayuga Lake and Beautiful Sunsets!

The property was perfect for our family getaway! We gave it a 4 out of 5 because we weren’t informed of the paving of the driveway that was scheduled for early morning the second day of our vacation. If it wasn’t for a neighbor making us aware of the situation and helping us figure out our car situation and how we would get out the next morning, we would have lost out on our pontoon boat rentals at Lake Seneca. After a ton of scrambling we were able to relocate our cars and walk to the location to get our cars to get to our outing. Otherwise it was a wonderful time and location.

Dual House was well kept and a pleasure to experience. Kids and adults had so much fun on the lake in the kayaks and paddle boards. The sunset over the lake is spectacular. The 12 bedrooms gave all of us (16) plenty of comfort. Had a small issue getting into lake house for check-in but was quickly resolved by the managing team. Kitchen is well stock for utensils. while there wasn't enough room for all of us to sit at a table the "Great room" allowed us all to comfortably eat at the lake house. The dual house allowed "early to bed" be away from the noise and the "late stay up" to have their time.

The lake house is very nice and is where we all gathered. The land house is fine and clean but has fairly low ceilings and isn't very bright -- good for sleeping but you'll want to spend time at the lake house. The hosts were very responsive and quickly sorted out an issue with the door code.

Kozy Kove offers the rare convenience of two private homes on Cayuga Lake, giving large families and groups space to gather while maintaining privacy. Guests can take in lake views from the decks, relax in the hot tub, spend afternoons by the seasonal dock, and gather around the firepit. The Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge are also nearby. PLEASE NOTE Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent concerns, including floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups. Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day. Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove personal belongings and lawn games from the yard so the crew can work safely. The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay. Advance notice will be provided. Please wait 30 minutes after service before using the hot tub. Snow removal crews work around the clock during winter weather and service multiple properties. Brief delays may occur during heavy snowfall.
