Relax or Go Go Go! This lovely unit in a private home is a perfect base for your Florida vacation! Off street parking, private entrance, cozy bedroom in a fun jungle decor, fire stick TV and fast Wi-Fi, this unit includes a dedicated bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchenette, a bistro table… And outside the gorgeous screened lanai with heated pool! And for larger parties, a second bedroom can be reserved for just $40 per night; it can be set up with one or two queen beds, for total sleeping spaces for six people! Your host and her adult son live on site and are dedicated to providing an exceptional vacation experience! Just ask! For those that want to have some meals at home, small kitchen appliances are provided,such as air fryer, crockpot, portable toaster oven. The main kitchen can be used if needed! Just ask! For the active traveler, host can provide bikes, beach umbrella, camp chairs, portable charcoal grill, snorkeling equipment! . Pool area may be shared with the hosts; there are no additional guests. They have friendly dogs; pets owned by guests are potentially allowed. Pool party/cookout may be arranged!

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend while in town from Michigan. The place was super cute and just what we needed! The pool was amazing, we spent a lot of time on the back patio. Debra was a fantastic host!

We had an amazing stay! We are local residents and booked our stay for my son’s 5th birthday. Debra was AMAZING!!!!! She allowed us to have his birthday AND she even allowed us to have more guests than what she normally would allow because my family is a bit bigger. She was so so accommodating and so helpful even took pictures for us on the day of the party. We will definitely book again! Thank you for everything!

Quite Vacation Time Guaranteed

The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. The pictures do it justice and you will find everything you need.The area is a very quiet neighborhood; however, you are just minutes away from good food and the water. Debrah, the host is on top of things, and it is up to you if you like the company of three sweet pups (my preference) while enjoying the pool area or keep it to yourself. Here too, its nicely decorated and private from the neighbors. A bargain for the price......

Wow!!!! That’s all I can say! We had an incredible experience with Debra. She is an amazing host. We enjoyed several beaches in the area and the dining was superb. We enjoyed peaceful coffee on the lanai and quiet evenings by the pool. I can’t say enough about Debra. She is an incredible host!!

Conversely, I will also respect your privacy. I am a people person. I am a retired registered nurse; I worked many years in the hospital, usually in the emergency department, on the night shift. Yes, I have some stories to tell!
I grew up on the East Coast of Florida, lived several years in the mountains of North Georgia, and returned to Florida three years ago to be near family. I love Cape Coral and Southwest Florida. I have done a little exploring and can direct you to some activities and restaurants . Come and enjoy sunny South Florida at Palms n Paradise!
My son,Aaron, has joined me as a cohost. A veteran of the Marines, he is a trained and experienced welder. He has lived in several cities around the country, Dallas being the most recent. Returning to south Florida and family, he is outgoing, and committed to contributing to the VRBO experience.

I enjoy my neighborhood of established homes, featuring tropical and mature landscaping. It’s a very safe area; you will see lots of walkers and bicycle riders. A family of the famous Cape Coral burrowing owls lives right across the street!
