Seaside Retreat @ Sand Pebbles

Summary:
Seaside Retreat is located at the Sand Pebbles community in Carolina Beach. Guests enjoy private beach access and two community pools! The Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar is only a short stroll!! The master bedroom features a King bed while the second bedroom features a queen. This condo has a ocean view from the back patio. A great location to everything that makes CB awesome including restaurants, shopping and the boardwalk!

The Space:
This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. You have no one above you and share no walls with any other unit. The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

Guest Access:
- Free parking at condo for one car -Walk, bike, paid public parking at beaches and in town -Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
The Sand Pebbles condos is a great community with two pools, private beach access with a mix of full time residents and vacationers!

- Centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many amazing restaurants, eclectic drinking holes and coffee shops + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too! - Wilmington Airport and Downtown Wilmington less than 40 mins away. - Take the ferry to enjoy Southport for the day! There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
