Escape to this beautifully remodeled 4-season lakefront home, offering stunning panoramic views of the serene clear waters and surrounding nature on West Hill Lake in New Hartford, Connecticut. Perfectly suited for families or groups, this home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Pets under 50 lbs ok. Dogs only.

Two Queen Beds, a full bed, and a futon, providing ample sleeping arrangements for families or friends.

3 Full Bathrooms: Modern and updated, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
Sunroom overlooking the lake with dining table for 6. Indoor dining table for 4.

Swim Dock: Enjoy easy access to the lake right from your doorstep. Perfect for fishing for salmon/trout/bass, relaxing, launching your paddle boards and kayaks and snorkeling. Boats restricted to 8 hsp and 15 mph.
5 minutes from Farmington River for fly fishing and tubing.

Appliances: Brand new appliances - never used. Gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer, dryer, fridge, AC and heat.
Parking for 3 vehicles.

No use of fireplace. Pets Dogs under 50 pounds ok.

Beautiful home and view

We loved our stay on West Hill Lake! This was a perfect getaway for our family. The highlight was fishing and swimming off the dock in the crystal clear water. The owner was very responsive to questions, we will definitely be back!

Nice house with great lake views and location. Very clean, new appliances, lots of chairs for the lower deck. Ample utensils, tableware, and cookware. Comfy beds.All rooms have HVAC. Lake water is crystal clear. Easy hop to town for food and beverages.However, like Old Mother Hubbard the cupboards were bare. If you want to cook bring: salt,pepper,spices,sugar,oil,charcoal for the grill (we left a full bottle of starter fluid for you),paper towels (we had 1), garbage bags (we had 1), i.e. everything you might need to cook. We've rented numerous houses and this lack of everything was a first.Also, the lot next door was being denuded of trees - think chain saws and wood chipper running dawn to dusk. So maybe check with the owner before your stay for a construction update. Pretty sure all the trees are down by now.Also, there may be a pontoon boat at the dock. That is a neighbors boat. If you see someone drive away with it it is not a crime scene. This important fact is not noted anywhere. I got a good video of the perp anyway.Great house, great views, beautiful lake, we had a great time even without hearing protection.

West Hill Lake is a quiet place to chill out with family and friends. Bring your paddle boards and kayaks! There are two camps and a large park with beaches. The park has a playground, beach with a lifeguard, tennis and basketball courts.

What makes this property unique

You have the entire view of the lake! The home has windows from floor to ceiling over looking the lake. The home was just renovated with new amenities and appliances. There are boards on property to use.
