Spectacular 4 bed 3 bath condo with breathtaking views of Mission Bay channel and the Pacific Ocean from this spacious 2,075sf home! Located at the southern tip of Mission Beach overlooking the water, this unique curved floor plan has floor to ceiling glass walls to capitalize on the incredible view. Large, open kitchen and living room, a balcony with views off each bedroom, 2 car parking in gated garage with free parking nearby (see photo of parking map), plenty of storage for beach toys and an outdoor hose to rinse off sandy feet after long days on the beach! We have a security camera outside facing the front entryway in front of the front door for security purposes.

The location of this property is uniquely situated near sandy Pacific Ocean beach, and beautiful Mission Bay with calm waters. There is a large grass area and playground for children on the bayside. Basketball and volleyball courts set up on the sand on the beach side. Everything is walking distance and easily accessible!

Just a ten minute walk and you're at the center of Mission Beach, an iconic area in San Diego. There are tons of shops, places to rent bicycles and water sports, bars, and restaurants. There is also Belmont Amusement Park, with its classic roller coaster and other rides, arcades, bumper cars, laser tag, miniature golf and more!

The area surrounding the unit is a biker's paradise with miles of paved walk and bike lanes along the ocean or inland Mission Bay. If you prefer water sports, the bayside is ideal for sailing, wind surfing, paddle boating, and jet skiing in its calm waters.

Pets must be approved ahead of time, and guests must pay $100 pet fee. All approved pets must be on flea protection medication.

Everything was good. The BBQ needs to be replaced, dangerous to use and it is in corrosive condition. They need to update their towels, sheets and pillows. They also need to add a grab bar in each of the shower/tub. We are all in our 70’s and run the risk of slipping. Also rubber bath mats would be nice. Also add more than one towel set per person.

This was a perfect location for the family to spend time together. Once the fog lifted the views were amazing.We did see seals most days and dolphins once.Parking was ok since it wasn't prime time. Those who didn't use the 2 designated parking garage spots had to use the park nearby for a short walk. There was a beautiful park in one direction and volleyball beach on the other.Everything was clean well stocked. We could have used tv trays in the living room so we could place our drinks and snacks safely away from the light sofas...Living spaces and dining area were large enough for us all to be together for meals and football games.We could not have found a better space or view. We loved it!!!

Great Location, Spotless, and Comfortable

This place is gorgeous and very clean! With floor-to-ceiling windows, we enjoyed watching the seals, birds, people, and boats go by. It's close to the beach and Mission Bay. You can walk to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The beds and furniture are very comfortable, and it was nice having secure off-street parking. There was an issue with an alarm beeping near the elevator, but the host and site manager were very responsive and got it taken care of. The building is under a flight path so it can be loud, but air traffic pretty much stops overnight. It also helps to turn on the portable air conditioner or fan (one available in each bedroom) for white noise if you want to go to bed early or sleep in.One other note: the sliding glass door in the bedroom behind the kitchen doesn’t seal well, so it’s noisier than the other bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Mom’s 70th birthday

This property is worth it for the windows alone. We booked this with my mom and my brother and our spouses for a 70th birthday celebration. What a scenic, relaxing, and beautiful view. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spectacular time in San Diego. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Great time in San Diego

We were staying in Yuma and decided to spend a few days in San Diego. On the beach. With a view. This house met our needs perfectly. We were travelling with an older person with mobility challenges. The elevator goes from the parking level directly to the room. It was amazing. We saw dolphins in the inlet right outside the window. You can see the boats going in and out for the inlet and the open ocean. We would recommend this location.

70th Birthday weekend

This is a 10 star property! The view is amazing; sunrise and sunsets! We all enjoyed relaxing in the living room watching people kayaking, the fishing boats, and even saw a seal and 2 dolphins! Enjoyed walking to the beach and going for morning jogs. The condo was spotless; the cleaning team spent every attention to detail. The rooms and beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. This is the best Vrbo rental we’ve stayed and 10 stars to the owners and property mgrs. Highly recommend!

High school tennis team reunion in San Diego

6 of us getting together for annual trip to play pickleball, padel, tennis and just hang. Property is perfectly located with beautiful views sunrise to sunset. Unit was very clean, updated, and all around solid. Nice common living room, dining room and kitchen provided great gathering area for breakfast and late night socializing. Walk out the door to Mission Beach and stroll up to Belmont Park - 15 min beautiful walk. Easy drive to all SD sites. If interested in racquet / paddle sports, Barnes Tennis Center is a MUST and one of the best tennis, pickle, padel facilities in the country and is reasonably priced! Plus can venture to The Hub (25 min), Bobby Riggs (30 min), and The King of Padel (15 min).

Beyond amazing location and clean property

Amazing location with mesmerizing views all around! The layout is perfect for our larger family and the furnishings provide a homey feel. We enjoyed walking daily and visiting the beach. The provision of a vacuum helped keep some of the inevitable sand from trekking inside. A few minor challenges related to the leaking washing machine and some uncomfortable beds. The front bedroom had a gap in the door that didn't keep the noise out, but earplugs worked. The minor complaints would not keep us from returning again and again. We loved our stay!

This condo is well located for walking access to Mission Beach and nearby restaurants and an easy drive to SeaWorld. Amenities included off-street parking, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a spectacular room for relaxing while watching the boats, seals, dolphins and birds on the channel.

I fell in love with this property with spectacular views, especially sunset and sunrise views.

It is so peaceful to walk on the serene, calm beaches on Mission Bay side. With a short cross of the street, I will then meet the vibrant Pacific Ocean and can enjoy watching surfers.

You can do so many activities right at the location - snorkeling, diving, sailing, windsurfing, biking. It is true paradise.

What makes this property unique

It is a security building with two assigned parking spaces in the ground floor. Well maintained new elevator will take you right into your unit.

Entire unit is on the same floor with no steps.

As you enter, you will be met with the wall to wall windows for the breathtaking views of channels and ocean.
