I didn’t have the opportunity to stay at this location because the family I was traveling with informed me two days prior that they had bedbugs in their home. So I informed the owner/management of this and expected to get either Credit or possibly a refund of some sort. Unfortunately, I never thought that “doing the right thing “ would cost me almost 2000. This was my complete vacation savings for the year. I now understand why some people aren’t forthcoming and find this ungenuine and unacceptable.
