Recently built, high-end property offers tranquil escape for up to 6 guests looking to relax and unwind in a private setting. Enjoy drinks or a meal on the quaint patio or catch the harbor view from the private hillside "patio for 2". A well equipped kitchen along with spacious dining and living areas offer plenty of room when you're not out enjoying the easy walk into town or visiting nearby restaurants, beaches or the public pool. When it's time to layback enjoy 3 cozy bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen) each with their own dedicated full bathroom equipped with essentials, including hair dryers and towels. Home also features central AC/Heat, a /2 bath in the main floor, 2nd floor laundry including iron, wifi, along with TV, books, games and puzzles. On site parking for up to 3 mid-size cars or 2 large SUV. Please kindly note fireplace is non-functional.
