Welcome to the River House in Crystal River with private 40ft dock. This terrific property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a twin/double bunk bed and 2 full bathrooms. Spacious open concept with large kitchen, dining area and living room with 65" TV with Roku and laundry room with wash/dryer. Enjoy 2 outdoor patio spaces, one being an upstairs screened in porch with a water view to enjoy your morning coffee and a downstairs open patio with plenty of seating to relax by the water or enjoy food and family with patio table, chairs and gas grill . We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

We stayed at this home over the Fourth of July weekend and had a wonderful time! The location is perfect it’s close to everything Crystal River has to offer and the neighbors were incredibly kind and welcoming. The home itself is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend booking this property. It's a great place to make lasting memories!

The New Canal Home is very upscale and well-kept house. It is a very relaxing and quiet location. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the screened in back porch. The house is well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The house is located close to all of the attractions that we wanted to see. Corinne is wonderful to work with and immediately answered all of our questions about the area.

Oh what a grand time we had in Crystal River, Fl. The house was impeccable. Kitchen had all we needed to cook while we were there. The screened in porch was amazing when the little no-see-ums would come out. Hosts were very kind and always available if questions came up. We would most definitely use this house again to stay near Crystal River, Fl. And don’t miss out on swimming with the manatees.
