The condition of the apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location is just what we wanted - near the beach and convenient to Carpinteria shopping. We highly recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic small condo one block walk to the beach. Comfortable bed and equipped kitchen. Onsite parking Safe beautiful neighborhood. Restaurants walking distance . Only small consideration is there is no A/C Weather is cool and open windows. You will love this stay over
