This beautifully decorated villa has 3 large bedrooms with 2 bath . It is a luxurious villa with peaceful and spectacular views of lake. Minutes to shopping, restaurants etc. Highway 192 and turnpike, but set in peaceful, relaxing neighborhood. First class fully furnished with high standard furnishings and AC . Master sized room with a queen sized bed, walk-in shower and ensuite, plus walk-in wardrobe. Large double bedroom and large room with twin beds adjacent to washroom . Two lounges ,sofa beds , 2 x TV with cable ,Comfy seating . New carpets in bedrooms and Lounges , New tiling for floor . Best gourmet dinning with large dinning table for family and friends next to the kitchen .

Large pool (heating at additional cost - contact owners in advance if you require this ), patio, barbeque, newly added furniture for garden . Access to internet ( just bring computer along ).
Beds: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed, 1 Twin Bed, 1 Sofa Bed. Just 15 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Disney, Sea World and Universal an easy 20 minutes drive as are major shopping malls - Millennium, Florida,, Buena Vista, International Drive, etc.

The host was wonderful. We had an issue with the pool, but everything was made right quickly and we were able to use it - to our delight. We loved the house. It was very comfortable and welcoming.

Great property! Within 30 minutes of all major attractions in the area. Lots of space, clean, screened pool area, quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay at this house and we would definitely stay there again!

We really love the layout of the house and the pool area. Second time staying here. Our only complaint is that some of the bedding (comforters etc) need to be washed. We do love the house and will be booking again if it becomes available next year.

Nice location

We spent a week here over Spring Break and it is in a great location. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and not being far from attractions. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The house was what we expected from the pictures in the listing, very comfortable for 5 of us. With the 2 separate living rooms everyone had their own space. The pool area was perfect. We heated the pool so it was nice and warm. There was lots of birds on the pond for us to enjoy. Would definitely book again

Please change the bedding, it was dirty and dated. We found some fitted sheets in linen closet that we put over the existing bedding. Carpets were really dirty and smelly, couches and cushions were very very old. It’s a nice house but cleanliness was a problem for us. I am not sure why so many reviews said it was clean (my main reason for booking this house was for cleanliness & heated pool). The pool wasn’t heated the day we arrived. Manager came next day and fixed the heating, it started to warm up next evening. Kids were super disappointed but host was responsive and worked to fix the issue. This can be 100x better if host invest in some new bedding, towels and possibly couches cushions and carpets. These things were really beat up and you can’t really see it in the pictures.

We are sorry that the guest felt this way. The bedding has recently been replaced along with towels so it is difficult to know why the guests have mentioned this. The carpets are cleaned and vacuumed regularly as well. The guests wanted the pool heated to a higher temperature than usual and we were able to meet their request quickly. We take all feedback seriously and will review the guests comments with our agent.

Over all a Nice place to stay clean and convenient only trouble I had at no fault of property owners is first day there just got in from a 14-hour trip and the neighbors were racing their dirt bike up and down the road I couldn't sleep

Loved the location, view over the lake and the easy access to attractions. Close to airport but not in main flightpath. Area is kept smart and not over developed. We loved the wide streets and spaces between houses.
