Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure all cooking appliances are turned off.
Air Conditioners: Turn off all A/C units. Heat: Turn off all electric heating units in bedrooms.
If you utilized the fire pit, please make sure the fire is completely out and there are no hot embers still smoldering.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
DO NOT use the fireplace or wood stove located inside the house. Please do not attempt to access or use any locked closets or rooms.
Any other buildings, vehicles or equipment that may be on the property, are not to be used by guests.
Please be respectful to our neighbors and do not wander onto there property.
